1. GWM NEW CAR WARRANTY

All GWM new cars come with the best-in-class standard factory warranty covering 5 years or 150,000 km. (whichever comes first), plus the coverage of battery up to 8 years.

1.1. Warranty
GWM offer you qualified products with our attempts to serve you beyond expectation, though in any certain circumstances we do ensure your satisfaction with our warranty for 5 years or 150,000 km. whichever comes first. *

1.2. Battery Warranty Coverage
For your peace of mind in driving our innovative technology, we offer you a hybrid battery warranty for 8 years unlimited mileage* and EV battery warranty for 8 years or 180,000 km. (whichever comes first)

GWM reserves the right to consider new car warranty conditions for those with modifications, non-genuine GWM parts and accessories installed or fail to service for periodical maintenance as specified on warranty booklet or owner manual.

2. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE VIA GWM APPLICATIONRANTY

ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME, WE ARE JUST A CLICK AWAY with 24/7 Roadside Assistance Service.

All GWM new cars come with a 24-hour* Roadside Assistance Service. When you are in an emergency, simply click for help via the GWM application or call the GWM Contact Center at 02-668-8888 press 1 or 02-039-5743 Our expert team will be ready to reach your location within 30 minutes for emergencies or 45 minutes for towing support. **

Benefits
1) Real time location monitoring the Technician & Towing car and waiting times estimation by GWM application.
2) 24-hour access to free technical advice in the event of a vehicle breakdown.
3) Unlimited Emergency Roadside Service requests per year.
4) Support at the breakdown location within 30 minutes for emergency and 45 minutes for towing (Bangkok and greater Bangkok area).
5) Unlimited Towing requests per year.
6) Free towing to the nearest authorized GWM Partners with no limitation of distance.
7) Free Transportation to the customer Home or other destination.
8) Transportation and Accommodation support, when vehicles break down outside the area more than 200 km. where the customers have registered their addresses with the company and the vehicle cannot be repaired within that day.
9) For accidentally locked vehicles, spare keys can be collected within 20 km. of customers' location. The charge of 25 THB per kilometer will be applied with the exceeded distance. Also, we can provide a locksmith in certain circumstances at the customer's expense.
10) In the event of running out of fuel accidentally, up to 10 liters of fuel will be provided free of charge. This service shall be requested once a year.
11) In the event of a completely drained Battery (BEV Only), the vehicle is to be towed to a charging station within one hundred (100) kilometers radius from the site. The charge of 25 THB per kilometer will be applied with the exceeded distance.

(1) Only for an emergency in which the vehicle could not be driven.
(2) NOT including accidents.
(3) This is a primary emergency support to make sure the vehicle can be driven to the nearest GWM service center for further support only.

3. MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

GWM provides you with the "WORRY FREE" Service Experience with scheduled maintenance packages for up to 5 years.

3.1. GWM CARE Service Inclusive (GCSI)
Providing free labor of 10 intervals* periodical maintenance service up to 5 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first for hybrid or fuel cell vehicle, and 5 interval times up to 5 years or 75,000 km. whichever comes first for electric vehicle.

3.2. GWM VALUE Service Inclusive (GVSI)
Providing free parts cost of 10 intervals* periodical maintenance service up to 5 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first for hybrid or fuel cell vehicle, and 5 interval times up to 5 years or 75,000 km. whichever comes first for electric vehicle.

3.3. GWM PRO Service Inclusive (GPSI)
Providing free parts cost and labor of 10 intervals* periodical maintenance service up to 5 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first for hybrid or fuel cell vehicle, and 5 interval times up to 5 years or 75,000 km. whichever comes first for electric vehicle.

3.4 GWM ULTRA Service Inclusive (GUSI)
Providing free parts cost and labor of 10 intervals* periodical maintenance service and ADD-ON wear and tear items Package: 2 batteries, 1 set of brake pad and brake disc, and 5 set of wiper blades up to 5 years or 100,000 km. whichever comes first for hybrid or fuel cell vehicle, and 5 interval times up to 5 years or 75,000 km. whichever comes first for electric vehicle.

(1) GCSI free labor charge on maintenance table
(2) GVSI free parts cost on maintenance table
(3) GPSI and GUSI free both labor and parts in maintenance table which will be replaced upon interval of period or mileage whichever comes first
(4) Package expiration depends on the period or mileage, whichever comes first.
(5) The service interval of each package refers to the maintenance table in the warranty booklet: every 6 months or 10,000 km. whichever comes first for the Hybrid or Fuel cell engine and every 12 months or 15,000 km. for electric vehicle.

4. MOBILE SERVICE

We provide a standard periodical maintenance service at your place anywhere* just a simple click for an advance online booking via GWM application or contact our Partner Stores or GWM Contact Centre 02-668-8888 for an appointment. We'll meet you there.

(1) Only for periodical maintenance service as stated in the Warranty booklet.
(2) Booking 2 days in advance is required.
(3) This service will cost 750 THB per service within distance of 10 kilometers. The distance exceeds 10 kilometers will be charged 5 THB per kilometer. (price does not include 7% VAT.)

5. PICK UP AND DELIVERY ON DEMAND

Just WAIT and REST. Tell us where to pick-up and drop your car, we'll take care of the rest for you. Only make a booking in advance via GWM application or contact our Partner Stores or GWM Contact Center 02-668-8888.

Another special service for your experience of pick-up and delivery of your car is for periodical maintenance service. Our team will bring your car to Service center and return it at the right time and in the right place.

(2) Booking 2 days in advance is required.
(3) This service will cost 750 THB per one-way trip within the distance of 10 kilometers. (One-way trip is defined as from customer's place to GWM partner store or from GWM partner store to customer's place. The distance exceeds 10 kilometers will be charged 5 THB per kilometer. (price does not include 7% VAT.)

6. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Periodical maintenance and service check-up will help maintain its good conditions and prolong the lifetime usage. This also ensures your safety and smooth driving at all costs.
