1. GWM WARRANTY

Every new GWM vehicle is delivered with the New Vehicle Warranty, covering up to 5 years or 150,000 kilometers* (whichever occurs first), together with a battery warranty of up to 8 years*.

1.1. New Vehicle Warranty
GWM offer you qualified products with our attempts to serve you beyond expectation, though in any certain circumstances we do ensure your satisfaction with our warranty for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers* whichever comes first.

1.2. Battery Warranty
For your peace of mind in driving our innovative technology, we offer you a hybrid battery warranty for 8 years unlimited mileage* and EV battery warranty for 8 years or 180,000 kilometers* (whichever comes first).

1.3. GWM Genuine Accessories Warranty
In case of purchased and installed together with a new vehicle are covered for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers* (whichever comes first). In case of purchased and installed after vehicle delivery are covered for 3 years or 100,000 kilometers** (whichever comes first).
*Terms & Conditions applied
(1) The company reserves the right to decline warranty coverage if the vehicle has been modified, fitted with non-GWM-approved accessories, or not regularly maintained at authorized GWM Service Centers according to the service booklet or owner’s manual.
(2) The warranty ends based on whichever condition comes first, time or mileage.
**For accessories installed after vehicle delivery, the warranty period starts from the date of installation.

2. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE

Every new GWM vehicle comes with 24-hour roadside assistance for 5 years*. In the event of a breakdown, customers can request support via the GWM App or by calling the GWM Customer Service Center at 02-668-8888 (press 1) or 02-039-5743.
• Unlimited service calls per year
• Professional technician arrival within 30 minutes**
• Towing service arrival within 45 minutes**
• Real-time technician and towing tracking via the GWM App
• Free 24-hour initial technical consultation

Benefits
1) Emergency Towing
– Free towing to the nearest GWM Service Center within 100 kilometers* if the vehicle is immobilized.
– EVs: One free tow per year to the nearest charging station within 100 kilometers* if the battery is completely discharged.

2) Emergency Fuel Delivery (for ICE vehicles only)
– Free delivery of up to 10 liters of fuel once per year within 20 kilometers* if the vehicle cannot start due to fuel depletion.

3) Spare Key
– Free delivery of a spare key or locksmith service* within 20 kilometers* in case of accidental lockout.

4) Continued Travel Support
If the vehicle breaks down more than 200 kilometers from the customer’s residence, and repairs at a GWM Service Center cannot be completed within the same day, customers may request:
– Assistance in arranging a replacement or rental vehicle*
– Assistance in arranging and booking hotel accommodation*

*Terms & Conditions applied
(1) Applies only to breakdowns that render the vehicle immobile (excluding accidents).
(2) Services are limited to primary roadside support to transport the vehicle to the nearest GWM Service Center.
(3) Additional mileage beyond coverage will be charged at 25 THB per kilometers.
(4) Locksmith service costs must be borne by the customer.

3. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

Beyond taking care of the car, GWM has been dedicated to taking care of our valued customers with value, confidence, and genuine care for 5 years*.

3.1. GWM CARE Service Inclusive (GCSI)
Labor package for 10 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for hybrid or gasoline vehicles and 5 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 75,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for electric vehicles.

3.2. GWM VALUE Service Inclusive (GVSI)
Parts, Fluids, and Chemicals Package for 10 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for hybrid or gasoline vehicles and 5 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 75,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for electric vehicles.

3.3. GWM PRO Service Inclusive (GPSI)
Labor, Parts, Fluids, and Chemicals Package for 10 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for hybrid or gasoline vehicles and 5 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 75,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for electric vehicles.

3.4 GWM ULTRA Service Inclusive (GUSI)
Labor, Parts, Fluids, and Chemicals Package including consumables such as two 12-volt batteries, one set of brake pads, one set of brake discs, and five sets of wiper blades for 10 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 100,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for hybrid or gasoline vehicles and 5 scheduled periodic maintenance services up to 5 years or 75,000 kilometers*, whichever comes first, for electric vehicles.

(1) GCSI: labor charge on maintenance table.
(2) GVSI: parts cost on maintenance table.
(3) GPSI and GUSI: both of labor and parts in maintenance table which will be replaced upon interval of period or mileage whichever comes first.
(4) Package expiration depends on the period or mileage, whichever comes first.
(5) The service interval of each package refers to the maintenance table in the warranty booklet: every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers. whichever comes first for the Hybrid or gasoline vehicles and every 12 months or 15,000 kilometers. for electric vehicles.

4. MOBILE SERVICE

Enjoy scheduled maintenance at your doorstep*. Simply book in advance via the GWM App, contact an authorized GWM Service Center, or call the GWM Call Center at 02-668-8888.

(1) Available only for periodic maintenance services.
(2) Appointment must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
(3) Service fee: 750 THB per visit within 10 kilometers. Beyond 10 kilometers, an additional 5 THB/ kilometers applies (excluding 7% VAT).

5. PICK UP AND DELIVERY ON DEMAND

A premium service designed to deliver convenience and excellent ownership experience. Our team will collect your vehicle, bring it to a GWM Service Center, and return it at your preferred time and location. Book in advance via the GWM App, an authorized GWM Service Center, or the GWM Call Center at 02-668-8888.

(2) Appointment must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
(3) Service fee: 750 THB per trip (one way). Within 10 kilometers is included; beyond 10 kilometers, an additional 5 THB/kilometers applies (excluding 7% VAT).

6. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Regular maintenance not only ensures that your GWM vehicle is always in optimal condition but also extends its service life. Vehicles must be serviced at intervals of every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) for hybrid or ICE vehicles, and every 12 months or 15,000 kilometers (whichever comes first) for EVs.
