Yes, you can reserve a vehicle directly via the GWM Thailand website. The process is as follows:
1. Browse the model page and select your preferred model and configuration.
2. Click on “จองออนไลน์ (Online Booking)” and fill in your basic information.
3. Pay a reservation fee (usually THB 5,000 - 10,000) to complete the booking.
4. A selected GWM dealer will contact you to confirm the details and arrange a test drive or vehicle delivery.

What is the GWM vehicle warranty policy in Thailand?

GWM provides the following warranty coverage in Thailand:
• 5-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty (whichever comes first);
• 8 years unlimited mileage for hybrid battery warranty and 8 years or 180,000 km. for EV battery warranty (whichever comes first);
• 5-year free roadside assistance;
• Recommended maintenance every 10,000 km or 6 months.

How can I book a test drive? Is there any fee?

Booking a test drive is easy and free of charge. You can book via:
• The model page on the official website (click “ทดลองขับ”);
• The GWM App’s “Test Drive” feature;
• Calling your local authorized GWM dealer.
Please bring a valid driver’s license. Basic registration is required on the test drive day.

To link your vehicle:
1. Download and register the GWM App.
2. After logging in, go to the “My Vehicle” section to check if your car is already linked.
3. If no vehicle is linked, please visit the dealership where you purchased your car. Use the mobile number provided at the time of purchase, and the staff will assist you with the binding process.
If you experience any issues, contact in-app customer service or your GWM dealer.

Yes, GWM partners with leading financial institutions to offer a range of auto loan and installment plans, including:
