• Personal Assistant
A dedicated personal assistant exclusively for WEY G9 customers, available 24/7 to assist anytime, anywhere. Services include guidance on vehicle usage, coordination for technical issue resolution, reminders and scheduling for maintenance appointments, and assistance with annual vehicle registration or insurance renewal.
• Replacement Vehicle Service
In the event that your WEY G9 encounters technical issues during the 5-year or 150,000 km warranty period (whichever comes first) and requires more than 2 business days for repairs, GWM will provide a replacement WEY G9 vehicle along with pick-up and delivery service to ensure uninterrupted convenience.
• Exclusive Emergency Assistance
Wherever your WEY G9 experiences technical issues, you can choose one of the following exclusive emergency assistance options:
o Limousine service for pick-up and drop-off from the incident location to your destination (available in Bangkok and surrounding areas).
o Travel expense support from the incident location to your destination.
o Flight ticket arrangement from the nearest airport to your destination.
o Accommodation arrangement while waiting for technical issue resolution.
Note: Exclusive emergency assistance does not cover accidents and is limited to a maximum value of 10,000 Baht per incident, calculated based on actual expenses. Services cannot be converted to cash and are valid for 5 years from the vehicle delivery date.
• Pick-up & Delivery Service
GWM offers pick-up and delivery service for scheduled maintenance twice a year for 5 years, with a maximum value of 3,000 Baht per year, exclusively for WEY G9 customers.
Terms and conditions for registration or making the reservation of the right to buy/lease under the Offer of March 2026 for purchasing GWM WEY G9 HI4 ULTRA
1. Conditions for making the reservation and reservation fee payment for purchasing the GWM WEY G9 HI4 ULTRA.
• The Customer, who undertakes the reservation of GWM WEY G9 HI4 ULTRA from GWM Partner Store must be a natural person and aged 20 years or more on the date of reservation or a juristic person and must complete the filling information process as required by GWM Partner Store. If the reservation is not completed, it shall be deemed to have waived the right.
• After successfully registered, the reservation fee of 5,000 Baht must be made within 24 hours after clicking “Order now” button.
Unsuccessful reservation and fee payment process within the specified period (24 hours from “Order now”), the Customer’s transaction will be automatically cancelled by the system.
• Registration and reservation fee payment period for of the offer of March 2026, starting from March 1st, 2026, to April 5th, 2026, via GWM Application or the website www.gwm.co.th only.
• The offer of March 2026 will be reserved for all customers who completed the reservation, fee payment and vehicle delivery within specified time.
• The privileges from this March 2026 campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Participation in this March 2026 campaign, it shall be deemed that the Customer has read and accepted all terms and conditions.
2. Cancellation of the reservation and refunding by the Customer
The Customer can cancel the reservation and request for the refund within 48 hours via GWM Application or www.gwm.co.th only. If the cancellation is made after the specified period, GWM Partner Store reserves the rights to refund in the following cases only:
• Seller increases the price of the vehicle.
• Seller fails to deliver the vehicle to the Customer within the specified time.
• Seller fails to deliver the vehicle in accordance with the brand, model, production year, color, and the size or power of the engine power generator as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
• Seller fails to deliver the vehicle with the additional equipment and freebies, or other benefits, or the additional parts of vehicle as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
• Seller fails to deliver the vehicle with the discount amount (if any) as specified in the Vehicle Reservation Contract.
GWM Partner Store shall refund all the reservation fee or other benefits similar to the reservation fee that is not a deposit to the Customer as following:
• For cash, bank transfer, or cheque refund, GWM Partner Store will return the reservation fee to the Customer within 15 days from the contract termination date.
• For credit card refund, GWM Partner Store shall return the reservation fee to the Customer within 45 days from the contract termination date. GWM Partner Store is entitled to deduct any credit card processing fees (if any).
3. Cancellation of reservation by GWM Partner Store
GWM Partner Store shall cancel the reservation when the Customer does not take the vehicle delivery within the specified period in the Vehicle Reservation Contract and fails to notify GWM Partner Store of any obstruction, GWM Partner Store has the right to forfeit the reservation fee.
• GWM Partner Store may cancel the reservation in exceptional cases such as Force Majeure, GWM Partner Store will notify you as soon as possible. However, GWM Partner Store will not compensate for any expenses or losses incurred from such cancellation.
• For the purposes of this section, force majeure is any event that cannot be foreseeable or avoided with the utmost vigilance of which constitute the reason why GWM Partner Store cannot provide the vehicle to the Customer including but not limited to war, terrorism and the impact or danger caused by the activities such a riot, Actions of any government or national authority Industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, Hazards from weather, sea, ice and rivers and other similar events beyond our control.
4. Limitation of Liability
GWM Partner Store would like to inform that GWM Partner Store will not be liable for any damage, loss or other expenses or indemnity:
(a) based on the information you have provided to us; that we cannot foresee that you may encounter difficulties or difficulties if we cancel your reservation; or
(b) in connection with claims of financial loss.
5. Modification of conditions for the Offer of March 2026 for purchasing the GWM WEY G9 HI4 ULTRA.
• Other conditions are as determined by GWM Partner Store. GWM Partner Store reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions by giving prior notice.
