Privileges and Conditions for GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO value at 5,000 baht:
1. Financing at a special interest rate of 1.69% for a 48-month term with the participating financial institutions (30% down payment required) valued at 15,000 Thai baht.
2. First-class vehicle insurance for 1 year with special coverage up to 100% of the vehicle’s value, valued at 28,000 Thai baht from Viriyah Insurance Public Company Limited, or Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thanachart Insurance Public Company Limited*
3. Upon using this package, the Customer is eligible to get the delivery priority.**
Total maximum value from the ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO Earlybird Package, maximum value at 43,000 Baht when purchasing the package from 23 March 2026 limited to 1,000 delivery quotas***. Terms and conditions are as specified by the Company.
* The customer is required to select between the insurance privileges provided under this Early Package and the campaign after official price announcement (select one).
** The delivery priority is subject to the readiness of available vehicles, Customer’s selected Partner Store, queueing of order confirmation and payment, etc.
*** The delivery quota of 1,000 vehicles includes ORA 5 EV and ORA 5 HEV, all models and trims, which the delivery is subject to the readiness of available vehicles, Customer’s selected Partner Store, queuing of order confirmation and payment, etc.
Great Wall Motor (Thailand) reserves the right to only 1 user (GWMID) or 1 phone number for 1 GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO purchasing during the date and time specified for purchasing GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO. Throughout the period, users may cancel this GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO. The system will refund the cancellation of the GWM ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO Earlybird Package according to the conditions of the User's bank.
The purchase of GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO is the purchase of an additional package which is sold only during the specified period and will not be available after the campaign. Purchasing of GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO is required to be paid 5,000 baht any time from 23 March 2026 until the 1,000 delivery quotas is reached. If the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO is not paid within the specified period, the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO will be invalid and it shall be deemed that you have waived your right to purchase GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO.
All Rights from GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO are non-transferable and cannot change or redeem the value of the privilege as specific to cash.
Terms and conditions for purchasing GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO
The person who purchases GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO from Great Wall Motor Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Great Wall Motor (Thailand)” or “Company”) must be a natural person, Thai nationality, and aged 20 years or over or a juristic person on the date of purchasing and must complete the information as required by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). If the purchase is not completed, it shall be deemed to have waived the right
Great Wall Motor (Thailand) reserves the right to only 1 user (GWMID) or 1 phone number for 1 registration for only 1 purchasing of GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO only during the date and time specified for the purchase. Throughout the period, user may cancel the purchase.
GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO purchasing period start from 23 March 2026, until the 1,000 delivery quotas is reached via GWM Application or the website www.GWM.co.th only.
The privileges from GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO can only be used with GWM ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
By purchasing GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO, purchaser is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.
Great Wall Motor (Thailand) reserves the right to refuse the use of this GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO if it is found to be used for commercial purposes.
The Purchase of GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO
The Purchase of GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO is solely the purchase of an additional package applicable to the GWM ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO only. Such purchase shall not be deemed as granting any right to reserve or allocate a vehicle, nor shall it constitute an offer for sale, vehicle reservation, or advertisement.
Furthermore, it does not represent any guarantee regarding vehicle availability, quantity, or delivery timeline, and shall not create any binding obligation on the part of Great Wall Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to sell or provide such vehicle or services unless and until the purchaser has executed a vehicle purchase reservation agreement and made the required reservation payment.
For the benefit of the purchaser, it is recommended to carefully review all relevant product information and details prior to making a reservation decision.
Cancellation of the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO by the Purchaser.
Customers who no longer wish to purchase the vehicle may submit a request for a full refund via the GWM App in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. Upon submission of the refund request, the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO will be automatically cancelled and can no longer be used.
Cancellation of the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO by Great Wall Motors (Thailand).
The Company reserves the right to cancel your GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO once the delivery quota of 1,000 vehicles has been fully reached. You will be notified in writing, and a refund will be automatically processed accordingly.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO if it is found that the privileges have been used in bad faith, contrary to the intended purpose of the package, or in violation of the package’s terms and conditions.
The Company may be required to cancel your GWM ORA 5 Earlybird Package for ORA 5 EV ULTRA/PRO in exceptional circumstances due to a force majeure event. In such cases, the Company will notify you as soon as possible. The Company shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of such cancellation.
For the purposes of this clause, “force majeure” means any event that is unforeseeable or unavoidable despite the exercise of reasonable care, which prevents the Company from supplying the vehicle to you. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, acts of war, terrorism and their consequences, riots, acts of government or authorities, industrial disputes, blockades, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, chemical or biological hazards, extreme weather conditions, and hazards relating to sea, ice, or rivers, as well as any other similar events beyond the Company’s control.
Refund Processing Period
Refunds will be processed in accordance with the procedures specified in the GWM App and in compliance with the requirements of the payment service provider and applicable laws. The estimated processing period is 15–45 days, depending on:
the customer’s payment method;
the system of the payment service provider (2C2P); and
the processing time of the issuing bank.
Limitation of Liability
The Company would like to inform you that the company will not be liable for any damage, loss or other expense or indemnity: (a) based on the information you have provided to us; that we cannot foresee that you may encounter difficulties or difficulties if we cancel your reservation; or (b) in connection with claims of financial loss.
Modification of terms and conditions
Other terms and conditions are as determined by Great Wall Motor (Thailand). In case of dispute, the Company's decision is final. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with prior notice.
